How does pricing work?

Pharways charges per active user per month. Plans are tiered based on features and integrations, and you can choose between monthly or annual billing to save more.

Is there a free version?

Yes! The Starter plan is always free and includes core features like timeline previews, up to 3 integrations, and 1,000 monthly operations (Ops).

What’s an “Op”?

An “Op” is a unit of platform activity — like a data sync, note logged, or event visualized. Each plan includes a monthly Ops allowance.

What integrations does Pharways support?

Do I need technical knowledge to set up Pharways?

No. Pharways is no-code by default. You can connect your tools using simple configuration panels. For advanced setups, we support API access and Webhooks.

Can different team members access different features?

Yes. Access and visibility are based on the plan level of your workspace, but roles and permissions can limit who sees dashboards, timeline views, and analytics.

What are “Advanced Analytics”?

These include customizable dashboards, trend insights, user lifecycle reports, and churn risk models. Available on Scale plans only.

Are you GDPR and SOC2 compliant?

Pharways is GDPR-compliant, and SOC2/ISO certifications are not available at the moment.
